2. Elements Bistro
To celebrate its 2nd anniversary, the Hartford, Conn. restaurant will offer anniversary specials including a three-course prix fixe with Champagne for $20, and daily lunch specials for $6.99.

4. Seattle Restaurant Week
Through October 28, enjoy a three-course dinner for $25 or three-course lunches for $15 at participating restaurants. Offer not available on Fridays or Saturdays.
5. Boston Market
Use an online order coupon to save $5 off a $20 Order Express Online purchase. Expires November 9. Rather order in stores? The same page has print out coupons good for $2 off a $10 purchase, $4 off a $20 purchase or $1 off any individual plate. Those deals end November 13.
6. Wilmington Restaurant Week
Participating restaurants in Wilmington, N.C., are offering specially priced menus through October 27. The Basics offers a three-course dinner for two for $55, for example, while Priddyboy’s has a three-course dinner of lunch, including a drink, for $5.99.
Save $5 on the purchase of two classic combos when you present a print out coupon. Participating locations only. Offer expires Oct. 31.
8. Bethesda Row Restaurant Week
Through October 24, participating Bethesda, Md., restaurants offer three-course lunches for $15, and three-course dinners for $30.
9. Baja Fresh
Save $2 on a purchase of $7 or more, or $5 on a purchase of $15 or more, with print out coupons. Participating locations only. Good through Oct. 31.
